IX. Symposium on Problems and Solution Proposals in the Field of Occupational Health and Safety in Turkiye

Dear Participants,

Organized by Üsküdar University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Occupational Health and Safety and ÜSGÜMER, our symposium has been held since 2016 and, over the last two years, has been supported by TÜBİTAK BİDEB 2223-B Domestic Scientific Event Organization Grant. With your valuable interest and strong participation, we are pleased to announce that this year we will be holding the ninth edition of our symposium.

The theme of this year's “IX. Symposium on Problems and Solutions in Occupational Health and Safety in Turkey” has been determined as Innovative Training and Practices that Enhance Safety Culture in the Workplace. The symposium will be held in a hybrid format, with the in-person portion scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. on January 9, 2026, at the Üsküdar University NP Health Campus, Ümraniye İbni Sina Conference Hall. Online presentation of papers is planned for January 10, 2026.

We warmly invite all researchers and participants who are interested in or working in this field to join us. The symposium program will feature keynote speeches by distinguished academics, experience-sharing sessions with field practitioners, as well as panels, papers, and presentations on topics such as occupational health and safety, safety coaching, safety trainings, digital solutions, and artificial intelligence in OHS.

Abstracts and full papers presented at the symposium will be published as an e-book. Full-text papers deemed suitable by the scientific committee will also be published in the OHS ACADEMY Journal. The symposium language is Turkish, and participation is free of charge.
